We would like to take you to a gourmet journey of tasting beautiful cheese and tea from around the world at the same time!
We have invited our local cheese specialist, Penny, the owner of the famous Penny’s Cheese in Potts Point. She has selected 4 premium cheeses from different regions of the world. Each one of them has its own unique character and most importantly they taste amazing!
We will pair the cheese with our selected teas in special forms and style to compliment the cheese and to bring both experience to the max. Here are the sneak peek of the menu of the night, however we may change some tea and cheese depends on the popularity. Please note that we could change the cheese and tea depends on the season and availability. Here are some pairing we did in the past:

To Pair with: Sheng Puer (Harvested from 200 years old ancient tree in the wild forest).
We will arrange the seating according to the booking. Some of our guests would be seated at the bar, and some would be seated at the corner seats. Due to the limited availability, please note that the ticket is NON-refundable and NON-exchangeable.
