Taste: This sencha has been selected in the yearly tea competition in Yame, Fukuoka. The appearance of this tea is deep green, needle-like. It offers an elegant nutty aroma and bright yellow and clean colour, finish with a sweet and clean taste.
Ingredient: 100% green tea.
BREWING METHOD
1 tea spoon for a cup, 60-70°c water.
Warm the vessel with hot water and discard. Add the dry tea leaves and slowly pour in the hot water. Brew for 1 -2 minutes, up to 3 infusions.
