Made by roasting bancha green tea, hojicha is low in caffeine but presents a strong flavour of pretzel crust and peanut shells in a sweet woody liquor with a lasting finish.

BREWING METHOD
4g (2 tsp) per 500ml tea pot, 95-100Ā°c water, 1st infusion 2 mins, 2nd infusion 3 mins.Ā
