Gyokuro comes from tea plants that have been shaded before harvest, resulting in a tea that has a rich marine flavour and a broth-like consistency with many health benefits.
Ingredient: 100% green tea.
BREWING METHOD:
2-3 teaspoon per 100ml, 50–60°c water.
Warm the vessel with hot water and discard. Add the dry tea leaves and slowly pour in the hot water. Brew for 2-3 minutes, up to 3 infusions.
Note from Ms.Cattea: Store in an airtight container in a clean and dry place, avoid heat and sunlight. We recommend enjoying this tea within three months of opening.
