We will feature Yamamasa Koyamaen and Marukyu Koyamaen matcha for this workshop, both of them have a long and prestige reputation in matcha history and culture in Uji Japan. We are fortune enough to be able to source some of them for tasting.

• Haru Kasumi 春 ( Spring Limited Tea ) – Marukyu Koyamaen

In this matcha tasting session, we will take you a journey to explore some matcha history and culture, will teach you some skill to distinguish different matcha quality, and will practice how to prepare matcha in a traditional tea bowl and enjoy. Please note that all matcha will be prepared traditionally with just water, no milk and sugar will be added into them. Here are the content we will cover:

Tea Session starts at 3pm. We do encourage you to come on time so that you get to enjoy the special tea we prepare for you before the event.
