This green tea (湄潭翠芽) from Guizhou, China, carries a faint pandan aroma that manifests as steamed beans on the tongue. A mouthwatering tea with a dry finish. The tea is high in tea polyphenols (antioxidants) and vitamin C.
Ingredients: 100% pure green tea.
BREWING METHOD
2g (1 tsp) per 350ml cup, 80-85°c water, infuse for 2-3 mins till the leave absorb enough water to start to sink down, enjoy the tea till its half way, add more hot water and continue.
Store in an airtight container in a clean and dry place, avoid heat and sunlight. We recommend enjoying this tea within three months of opening.
