Ingredient: 100% roasted tea powder.
BREWING METHOD:
Pure hojicha: 2g of hojicha powder to 80ml of water at 80c, whisk rapidly in a “M” motion until frothy.
Hojicha Latte: 4g of hojicha powder to 60ml of water at 80c, whisk rapidly in a “M” motion until frothy, pour it into milk, add ice/sweetener to taste.
Note from Ms.Cattea:Â Store in an airtight container, avoid heat and sunlight. Enjoy this tea within two months of opening.
