Taste: The deep green, fine leave appearance of this tea is the classic colour and taste for sencha, which offers a sweet, vegetal aroma for a refreshing umami brew. This tea was harvested at an organic tea farm in Kagoshima prefecture, Japan.
Ingredient: 100% organic green tea.
BREWING METHOD
1 tea spoon for a cup, 60-70°c water.
Warm the vessel with hot water and discard. Add the dry tea leaves and slowly pour in the hot water. Brew for 1 -2 minutes, up to 3 infusions.
Note from Ms.Cattea: Store in an airtight container in a clean and dry place, avoid heat and sunlight. We recommend enjoying this tea within three months of opening.
